The property was newly remodelled and well-maintained with attentive staff like their manager. The food was local - lots of options. The location was strategic - ease of access to Petaling Street. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a coastal area. Stayed here for 2 nights and didn't feel like leaving.

Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were clean and conveniently located near Chinatown.
Hot water is hot but takes about a minute to get warm. Also the hotel did not provide any toiletries such as toothbrush, shampoo or toothpaste.

Housekeeping seriously needs an upgrade!!! Rooms didn't see a dust mop for days, and the bathrooms could use a deep clean!!! If you can't handle a bit of grime, you might want to reconsider your options.
